These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AgentDex, including the website, waitlist, and application. By accessing or using AgentDex, you agree to these terms.

If you are using AgentDex on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use AgentDex if doing so would violate applicable law or the rights of others.

You may use AgentDex only for lawful business or personal relationship-management purposes consistent with these terms. You may not interfere with the service, reverse engineer it except where prohibited by law, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to store or process unlawful content.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to AgentDex. You grant AgentDex a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions needed to upload, connect, or process your data through AgentDex.

AgentDex may integrate with third-party services such as authentication, calendars, contacts, and communication tools. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Certain parts of AgentDex may be offered in beta or preview form and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will be error-free.

You may stop using AgentDex at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, expose us to legal liability, or misuse the service.

AgentDex is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentDex and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may modify the service or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the date on this page or through the product. Continued use after changes means the updated terms apply.
